ESOS Assessment
Exergy’s engineers are CIBSE qualified ESOS Lead Assessors
ESOS is due in...
Energy Savings Oportunity Scheme (ESOS) involves an energy assessment, identifying opportunities for energy savings – it’s mandatory for large organisations in the UK.
You qualify if your organisation employs at least 250 people or has an annual turnover of more than £39 million and an annual balance sheet exceeding £33.5 million. After the first phase was completed in December 2015, the deadline for ESOS Phase 2 is December 2019.
Qualifying organisations need to measure their annual total energy consumption (including buildings, transport and industrial activities) and carry out energy audits to identify energy efficiency opportunities. If you qualify, you should engage ESOS assessors and begin the assessment process soon to avoid the risk of delays and penalty charges.
Exergy’s engineers are CIBSE qualified ESOS Lead Assessors. We go further, providing tailored engineering services to help our clients implement the upgrades, saving money and resources.
Everyone wants cost savings. ESOS can be a springboard to improve your facilities, provide better conditions for your employees and contribute to the development of sustainable communities.
Working with Exergy, as well as complying with ESOS requirements, you will also have access to practical and strategic advice, aligned with your corporate strategy.
